Because there sure aren't a lot out there with this beautiful silhouette.

Behold this Marc Jacobs Simone dress.

I would feel like such a lady wearing it.

Too bad there aren't many dresses/skirts out there with this flowy & feminine look that wouldn't require me to sell a piece of furniture to afford it.
